Kinneil Self Catering apartments are located in a property built by Clyde shipping magnate Captain W. Buchanan in 1885. The building reflects his love of the sea, with all apartments offering panoramic views across Lamlash Bay to Holy Isle and the Mainland beyond. The apartments are named after the paddle steamers he owned.

Each Kinneil apartment has a lounge area with TV/DVD player and use of a garden overlooking the bay. The fully equipped kitchens come with a full-size oven, microwave, and fridge. Room names include Brodick Castle, Vesta, Eagle, and Petrel, each with sea views.
